Asparagus Quiche
Excellent! I put ham in instead of bacon since that is what I had. Turned out fine. I chopped it up and fried it a bit while the asparagus was cooking and while I was putting the crust in the quiche pan. I also cut the recipe in half...only wanted one quiche. Will definitely make again when fresh asparagus is in season.

Fish Tacos
This was good but a LOT of prep work ahead of time and during. I had another couple in for dinner last night and we could not all eat at the same time. Maybe I should have done more fish and put in a low oven until there was enough. Many compliments tho so well worth it. I wish the tortillas had been more crisp, but that could have been the brand I chose at the store. They were sort of limp and tore easily.

Michael's Foccacia Bread
This was very very good except for too many onions in my humble opinion. I realize that this would be bread to use at a meal but if you want to use it for breakfast, it would not be very good with peanut butter on it:-) I would either sauté the onions next time or possibly eliminate all together. I put mine on a flat cookie sheet and pressed it all the way out to the edges. I worked out fine. I also didn't have fresh rosemary so had to use dried. I liked the texture a lot. I just had the kitchen aid do all the kneading.
