Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
This is BEST new recipe we have had in a long long time! DO NOT hesitate to make this today! Easy to make and will seem like you spent hours making it! The only difference in making the recipe was we left out the hot sauce and we also substituted worcheshire sauce with steak sauce becuase that was what we had on hand! AWESOME MEAL!!

Swedish Meat Pies

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
Ok, so I'm torn as how to rate this recipe....The meat filling tasted great as we were preparing it....the dough on the other hand was very difficult to work with, it kept cracking. And then when you put them together, the end result is kinda blah tasting. Oh, the dough was also kinda on the salty side. Will try this one again because I really like the portability of this meal. Thanks for the recipe. It's a good starting point and very workable (I think).

These cookies were very good. They had good taste, but they are very delicate. Thanks for a great recipe. Will continue my search for "the one".

These are awesome. The dry mustard definatley gives these potatoes a little extra zing. I will make these again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Honey Garlic Ribs

This is a great recipe. It is something different (rather than just your standard bbq)to dress up those ribs. We will be making this one again. Thanks so much.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
This recipe is very good. I will be making this again, however it was a little dry for our taste, so next time I will be making and additional 1/2 recipe of the sauce. Thanks for a great recipe to add to our rotation.

Mexican Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
This recipe is a keeper, I will be making it again and again. The only chages I made was I added a can of black beans to the ground beef and let them cook for a little while and I would definately use 2 boxes of cornbread mix. Thanks for an awesome recipe.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
This is a very good recipe. I would highly recommend using fresh spinach (I will be next time) and sautee that with the fresh mushrooms in butter with some garlic. I think that would make this good recipe GREAT. Although it is called casserole, I'm not quite feeling that one....next time I might try cubing the chicken for more of a casserole feel. PS...I did not cook the chicken first as suggested by another reviewer.

Beef Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
I was very reluctant to make this recipe...I mean, come on now, the combination of creamed corn and tomato soup and sauce?!?! But at my husband's urging I broke down an made this for him. I am glad I did.....it is VERY GOOD!! I will be making this again and again. The only thing I think I will change will be the addition of a can of whole corn. So don't be afraid to give this one a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
I've made these cookies twice....the first time I was afraid of them being flat, so I added 1/4 cup extra flour as suggested by another reviewer....they were not quite "drop" consistency, the dough was very dry and almost crumbly. But the end result was great! The second time I made them according to the recipe and they turn out FLAT!! So I really liked the taste....I will be making these again and maybe try to find a happy medium with the additional flour.

Sticky Monkey Brains

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
This recipe was very good. I would have to agree with other reviews...not quite sticky enough. I will be making it again though. I made it in one large bundt pan (baked for 35-40 min) and sprinkled the pecans in amongst the layers. Next time I will try making 1 1/2 the amount of brown sugar/butter for more gooey-ness.

Bagels I

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
For a first time try these turned out great! I followed the recipe as directed(I did not make them in a bread machine)....except I wanted cinnamon raisin bagels. So I improvised the recipe. I added (about)3 tablespoons to the dry ingredients and I added 1 cup of PLUMPED raisins also to they dry ingredients. I think next time I may add 1/4-1/2 cup more raisins. I will be making these again!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
This is by far the best Oatmeal Raisin cookie I have ever had! Perfect proportion of crunch to chewy! I followed the recipe to the "T" with the exception of adding approximately 1/2 more raisins. I will be making these again and again. Thanks for sharing such an amazing recipe!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2008
This roast turned out perfect! So simple and tasted great! The only change I made was the addition of 2 of the smaller cans of mushrooms. Next time I will probably follow the advice of other reviewers and flour and quickly brown on both sides (for a thicker gravy). Thanks for a great recipe.

Easy Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
This recipe is great...I would have to agree, it does not come out of the pan, the prettiest....but it tastes darn good! I did make some modifications: I baked my chicken breast with chili powder, onion flakes, garlic and pepper(black). I also make it with light sour cream and Healthy Request soup. To the chicken/soup mixture I added 1 can each corn and black beans because I omitted the green chilies b/c we don't care for them. I also had to cook it uncovered for the entire time(ran out of aluminum foil)and the top turned out extra crispy and we did not have any complaints about it being too soupy. Great recipe....this one is a keeper. Thanks so much.
