Chicken Cordon Bleu II

My boyfriend and I LOVED IT! I only changed it a little bit, added more ham and used provolone because I don't like swiss. I also used half wine and half chicken broth because I didn't have any bullion. Using all butter always makes it taste better, but I think next time I'll try half butter and half oil, as some have suggested. This will be a repeat recipe!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

LOVED IT! I don't care for rosemary so I left that out but the mixture of the tomatoes and the balsamic was delicious. This will be a repeat meal!

Turkey Ragu with Fontina and Parmesan

LOVED IT! I used romano and mozarella instead of the fontina. Used only crushed tomatoes, my boyfriend doesn't like the diced tomatoes. Also used fresh parsley and basil. Let it simmer for at least 20 minutes and it was AMAZING. Already made it a second time.
