This was OK.. it has hardly any marshmallow taste though. Just seemed somewhat bland but my husband really enjoyed it!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
WOW! this turned out to be the best dinner I have ever made... I had some dirty rice and sauted veggies on the side and it was a hit. Only problem was my cheese melted out but I just scooped it up and placed on top. Sadly these do not tase the same when reheated as leftovers :(

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
These cookies turned out perfect!!! The only pudding mix I had was butterscotch but it worked very well with the chocolate... I was a little confused on if I just put the pudding straight out of the box or if I have to premake it. Straight out of the box was the way to go!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
Only change I made was add one more banana. Turned out very good and it was really easy to make. I think next time instead of filling cupcake molds I will do one big loaf. This would be great as regular banana bread with the crumble on top!

Easy Cheese and Garlic Scones

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
not very flavorful and way to dry. Try adding more garlic and less flour if you decide to make these.

Pizza Dough II

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
it didn't turn out very well at all. The dough never rose and it was very sticky and hard to work with. The taste was ok... I don't think I will use this recipe again

Cilantro Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
Very very tasty! Here is what I altered though... instead of grilling them I used my electric griddle. I also used turkey meat instead of beef so I had to put some bread crumbs in it to keep the pattys from falling apart. Also I only used 1/4 cup of bbq sauce. Last change I made was I minced the cilantro and mixed with the meat instead of just garnishing the top of the cheese. Turned out great!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2011
I followed every direction and my muffins came out flat and the crumble sank straight to the bottom :( I have not tried them yet but maybe they will still taste good. I am going to give it another shot soon and see if they come out better!
