Burly Burger
Love, Love, love this burger recipe. I make this often and have been since I was a kid and my uncle introduced me to it. I thought an egg on a hamburger would be gross but it was delicious. Now I make this for my own family! My husband loves it with swiss cheese and bacon. I love it with swiss or pepperjack, and tomato, no bacon. All in all, great recipe!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
I loved this recipe and so did my family. I used suggestions from others and mixed dijon mustard with yellow mustard to go in with the honey. I also used a little bit of corn starch to thicken the honey mustard glaze just a bit. I love lemon pepper seasoning so I went a little heavy on that, seasoning the chicken breasts before glazing. I topped it with a colby/monterey jack cheese blend I already had on hand and bacon bits on just a few pieces, (I don't like bacon). Made it with mashed sweet potatoes (baked not boiled) and steamed broccoli. Yumm, yumm, yummy! I will def be making this again. Thanks for the recipe.

Ground Beef and Sausage in Red Beans and Rice
I've made this many times before but alot simpler. For instance, to cut down on preparation and cooking time, I simply brown some ground beef, cooked sausage and add it with some Zatarains Red beans and Rice Mix. It's never to dry or soupy because I only add a 1/2 pd of meat per box of rice mix. I'd make it with a side of hot buttered cornbread and it's a hit. Great leftovers too.
