I made this for a potluck brunch and it was a hit! I put it down on the table, walked away for a few seconds, came back and the dish was empty! I highly recommend this dish!

Hubby and I loved this soup! I followed all of the directions but substituted fresh basil for the dried basil. It was super easy to prepare. I will definitely be making this again.

Excellent! Easy to make. I was too lazy to shred the apples, so I diced them. I used honeycrisp apples, which are already sweet, so I only added one teaspoon of brown sugar. Using a potato masher gave it a nice chunky texture. This is a keeper!

This pie was DIVINE! I loved that it wasn't overly sweet...just right. The best Pecan Pie I have ever tasted.

Creamy au Gratin Potates were an excellent side for a Ham dinner. I did not use all of the cheese sauce as it would not fit into the casserole dish. This may be because I used a mandolin to slice the potatoes and there was no room for the sauce to get between the paper thin slices of potato. I had cut the potatoes so thin, thinking it would ensure they would cook thoroughly. Next time, and there will be a next time :-) I will do as others suggested and "layer" the sauce onto each layer of potatoes. Thanks for a great recipe!

Split decision on this one...Pros: Quick, easy,tastey and required few ingredients...Cons: Recipe didn't specify when and where to add the seasoned salt and pepper. It was good but not outstanding; perfect for a quick weekday meal. I seasoned the pork chops and seared them in a frying pan before putting them in the oven.

WOW!!! I made this tonight without the Port Wine Sauce and loved it! Hubby praised it and requested a repeat performance.

This was a great dish and quick too! I only gave it 4 stars because it didn't actually make enough marinade to "pour" over the chicken. I used the marinade like a rub on the chicken. The flavor is strong so I suggest bland side dishes to go with it. I served it with brown rice and spinach.

I made these for Easter Dinner with my family. As the least experienced and least adventurous cook, I earned an elevated cook status from my mother and sisters. They loved the Prosciutto Cups and how elegant they looked. I found them quite simple to make and was surprised how easily they can out of the muffin pan. I might experiment by adding something to the top it with...something with a punch.

With a bumper crop of figs and a need for only so many jars of jam, this recipe was perfect! Not only was it delicious but so easy to make. I made a huge plate to bring to a casual cocktail party and they were devoured. The goat cheese and bacon played off nicely with the sweetness of the figs and the pecans gave it a really nice crunch.

I absolutely LOVE these scones. I must admit I cheated by giving the recipe to my mother and asked her to make it. She has made it several times for me and it is still my favorite breakfast food. Not too sweet and warmed up with a pat of butter makes it perfect with a cup of coffee!

I thought this recipe was excellent! I did make a few changes though...I used drumsticks instead of skinless, boneless chicken breast and added a teaspoon of roasted red chile paste and changed the servings to 18 as I was cooking 18 chicken legs; otherwise I followed the recipe as it was written. The chicken was moist and flavorful, but not overpowered by the marinate/basting sauce. My dinner guests loved it. This recipe is definitely being added to my recipe box and will be made again.

I really liked this dish but understand why others weren't that crazy about it. It has a mild flavor but that is easily remedied. I always try to follow the directions exactly when I try a new recipe but I made one mistake and one substitution. I didn't have tarragon but used fennel seeds instead (I got that idea from another site that offered a list of substitutions for herbs and spices.) My mistake was that I added the cheddar cheese to the egg mixture, so instead of checking on it after 20 minutes I left it in for a full 30. I would definitely make this again!
