Mom's Zucchini Bread
This is SO good I'm almost afraid to make it again. I can't stop nibbling it. I love reading all the suggestions, and have some in mind for the next loaf (esp. the crumb topping). I had made cupcakes first, and somehow persuaded my husband, who adamantly refuses to eat anything with veggies in it, to try a little bite. Now I have to bake loaves for him to bring to breakfast with his cronies! I don't think any of the small changes I made would have affected this delicious treat. Thanks for this keeper.

Chicken Pot Pie III
My picky husband had two servings. Thank you, Leslie! Store had no potato soup, so I bought small bag of instant potatoes, made it up and added milk to a cupful to soup consistency.(and had leftover potatoes for another meal)Always do my chicken in microwave with little olive oil, seasonings, covered for about 5 minutes(only had one chicken breast on hand) Fresh thyme from garden, so used more. Followed the rest of the recipe. Will definitely make again! So easy!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Just tried this recipe. Loved it! Used angel hair coleslaw (something new to me), didn't have poppy or celery seeds, but I will next time. And there WILL be a next time. And may add some apples, which I love in coleslaw. Thanks for this great and easy recipe!
