I give this 5 stars without actually knowing . . . I made this because I normally don't like cauliflower, but we had a head of it from our CSA, and I thought I might find a way I like to eat it. I had to take my daughter to girl scouts, and told my husband to go ahead and eat some of it meanwhile. When I got home, it was gone. I didn't even get to taste it. So my review is based on his reaction. I didn't use a plastic bag - I don't like plastic or wasting plastic bags this way, so I just mixed in a bowl. I could have just mixed it in the pan and not had to wash a bowl. Also, I used a larger glass dish to bake it in rather than a casserole, so I could spread it out to avoid burning as others suggested. I didn't change the recipe (except I didn't have any parsley) and I didn't cover it, but I always bake for less than recommended time because our oven seems to run hot. This was very easy to make and clean up. Now if I had only gotten to try it!
