Amazing Coconut Pie

I've made this many times. My recipe calls for putting all the ingredients in the blender, pouring it in the pan and then sprinkling the coconut over the top which toasts the coconut. Comes out good every time.

Peanut Butter Bars I

These really do taste like peanut butter cups and even have the same texture. Very rich so I don't make them often. They disappear very quickly.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

A strange combination but ends up out of this world! Easy and so good. I've made it several times with different cuts of pork and always good. It's not the same with chicken but still good.

Strawberry Glazed Pie

I didn't make the pie but I use the glaze. It's excellent and super easy. It's great as a cheesecake or pound cake topper or even a poke cake. I remember my mother boiling berries and measuring and straining and what a mess. This is a breeze. I also cut it in half for smaller cakes and it's a beautiful color.

Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce

This is beyond good! I made a second batch of sauce to freeze. I made it exactly as the recipe calls for. I finished it off in the slow cooker with the diced chicken and a drained can of chick peas. It melted in your mouth. It was so good I still can't believe it wasn't take away. Served it over rice like everyone else. No leftovers! It would also be good with some drained canned spinach stirred in. Delish!

Oven Baked Chicken Teriyaki

I've made this a number of times and I always forget how good it is. I serve it over rice with steamed broccoli because it sops up the sauce best. If there are any leftovers they're even better if that's possible. I make it exactly as the recipe calls for.

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Very surprised at how good and easy these were and I'm from Maryland. I didn't change a thing in the recipe and although my husband said they didn't exactly taste like crabcakes he ate three of them and I ate two. They were just like crabcakes in looks and texture only without the shells. A squeeze of lemon made them even fresher.

John's Pimento Cheese Spread

I've made this several times just as the recipe reads, didn't do any adjusting. I grated the cheese myself and mixed it by hand. The longer it sits in the refrigerator the better it is. I wouldn't change a thing.
