Pumpkin Roll with Toffee Cream Filling and Caramel Sauce

i could not get this dessert to roll like the recipe says. it ending up breaking and i had to serve it flat. after topping it, it looked like a pan of mush. the taste is not lacking but without being able to roll it up, the dessert was a complete failure

Libby's® White Chip Pumpkin Spice Cake

I baked this for my family for Thanksgiving. i had trouble finding a bundt pan so i just used two 8-inch square pans . i had to bake it longer than the original recipe and it did stick....but it is delicious. it has been requested for Christmas as well!
