Easy Lemon Cookies
i love this recipe! It is so easy, and simply amazing. I like my lemons tart. so instead of adding the lemon extract i added 1 to 2 TBS of lemon juice and it adds that little umph that every one enjoys when they eat a lemon drop. i alos only cook them for 7 mins, this way they come out nice a chewy!!!

Earthquake Cookies
these were sooo easy to make. I made some changes because i didnt have shortening, so in lue of the shortening i omitted the water and used 2 eggs and 1/2 cup veg. oil. i then added 1 cup of chocolate chip cookies. They came out so nice and chewy and amazing. i could have used less veg. oil but i wanted them to be gooey.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
First off i would like to say this is my first cheese cake. (Ever) So i made this last night for my Elders. Here at work we do not have spring form pans so i used two cake pans and divided and conquored. I also didnt want this to be too sweet and rich like most cheese cakes. My people are mostly diabetic. SoooOooo i used a little less cream cheese and a little less sweetened condensed milk. It turned out very well. I was able to get 16 servings by dividing it the way i did. It was a huge hit. I cut my slices and added a dolop of whipp cream and drizzled a little chocolate syrup over it. Tasty!!!
