Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

This was the first time I've ever made pulled pork, and I'm telling you it was amazing! The best pulled pork I've ever eaten. Mine was just under 4 lbs. Left it in the slow cooker for about 5 hours on high. It just fell apart. After shredding the meat, we only added some of the liquid back in and mixed in more of the BBQ sauce. Served with grilled Texas toast and potato salad. I'm so proud of how it turned out, and this recipe will be a staple for me now!
