I love this! I'm in high school and I make this for my family when they want to make something not so great. I make the pesto fresh and that helps a lot, I usually use fresh basil in the pesto but have tryied using the squeez stuff to save sometime and you can't tell the difference. I usually add more spinach than called for because it gives it a nice taste (I hate spinach) and when your large skillet of stuff is done I place a lid on top and put it on low heat while I finish making the rest. When it calls for a large skillet it really does mean large! I can use the recipe for 3 people and it can feed 3 people with seconds but have enough left overs for 2 people to have it for another meal. Truely my favorite!
