Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
I made this last night minus the shortening(I didn't have any) and used all butter. This was SO easy and the flavor was incredible!! I flavored mine with a little bit of Mrs. Butterworths to make breakfast cupcakes(pancake cupcakes) and put some fruit on top.This icing is my favorite, I will never use anything else! Thanks Rick!!

Gourmet Pretzel Rods
I made these last year and they are impossible to mess up. The easiest Christmas dessert in the world. We dip ours in chocolate first then roll in nuts or candy and drizzle with homemade caramel.(Homemade caramel is also super easy, basically it's just melted sugar and a little butter and cream or milk..) Anyway, no tips or tricks it is really fun and simple and really impresses people when you show up with them!!

Cranberry Orange Relish with Orange Flavored Liqueur
made it yesterday and tried it today, a pre-thanksgiving test, and LOVED IT!! Can't wait for thanksgiving to have everyone try this great recipe. The orange you use makes all the difference. If it is sour the recipe will taste sour. Try your orange first. Wholefoods has a huge variety of fruit to choose from. Also made some into vinaigrette as one member suggested and used it on spinach salad with craisins and toasted almonds, IT"S AWESOME!!
