I love cooking and baking! It is a passion. I like trying new things often. Greek food is my favorite; I could eat a Gyro and Rice Pilaf any day of the week! I love to bake anything sweet that takes me back to my childhood. I also like hearty dinners for the kids to eat with lots of fresh veggies; but it usually has to be quick. I am a busy mom! We grew up with and around food. It is part of what we do. We don't have any specific cooking traditions. I think passion shows in your cooking. I love it and as a result, because of the care and attention that goes into my cooking a lot of people have enhoyed what I make. My chocolate souffles fell and there was no reviving them.
