I love bread. I know that isn't so great since its full of carbs, I love it anyway. There is something wonderful (a bit of a stress reliever) about kneading the dough. I never use a bread machine, not that I'm against them, I just don't own one. This was a first for me and I was pleasantly surprised. I boiled them before baking and thought that it helped keep their shape and gave them a glossier finish.
