I was looking for a simple biscuit to complement homemade turkey soup (more ideas for the leftover frozen turkey from Thanksgiving) and I found this recipe. It was so simple and the biscuits were exquisite. I used what I had at home (almond milk instead of cows milk and butter instead of shortening). I also added garlic powder and cheddar cheese to the dough. Fantastic! Did I mention it was my first time making biscuits? :-) Thanks for the great recipe. I will make this again and experiment further.

Baked Ziti I

This recipe was and continues to be absolutely delicious. My 4-year old daughter and I made it together last night. It was fun to make and we have lots of leftovers for the week. I would not change a thing. This will be a staple in my house! Thanks for the great recipe.

Sweet Potato Pie I

Great recipe. Perfect for the holidays or whenever! My hubby and I are diabetics so I substitute Equal Spoonful for the sugar. Still tastes great! Thanks for the recipe.

Healthy Banana Cookies

Very easy to make and they have a great flavor. My husband and I have enjoyed these on several occasions, sometimes substituting dates for the cranberries and adding walnuts as well as plenty of cinnamon and nutmeg. They do need to be formed in the desired shape as they do not spread when baked. Delicious either way! Thanks K.Gailbrath!

Hot Crab Dip

Great recipe. The original version turned out quite bland so I made a few changes. I added garlic, black pepper and a bit more hot pepper sauce. Great flavor and really disappeared!
