Excellent! Very simple to make and is quick and easy. I usually don't have white wine on hand like the recipe calls for so instead I use 1 cup of chicken broth instead. The only other change is I use about 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, as 2 teaspoons is way too much, unless you like alot of pepper. When you add the linguini at the end if you notice it seems too dry, add a little more of the chicken broth. This is even better the second day. Asparagus spears makes a nice accompaniment with this dish.
