Peach Cobbler

It was really good,everyone in my family,from adults to kids aged 7 love it.Wasnt too particulary keen on the fact the juice from the peaches made it kinda soggy or that it was still white on the top,so maybe a little browning with the broil would be good.But just the way it is,excellent.

Marmalade Pork Chops

Good,people in my family got seconds and even thirds! Added 1 teaspoon of brown sugar as 1/2 cup of marmalade wasn't enough (but didn't have more) & used only 1/3 cup soy sauce. So I would suggest 3/4 or 1 cup marmalade.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

The stuffing was really good with the pork but the pork itself as the recipe is had no flavour,so put some orange soy sauce on top.I would recommend the pork itself be flavoured as well before stuffing is spread.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Excellent and easy but would do with the addition of cinnamon/nutmeg and maybe a drop of vanilla. Wasnt too sweet which was perfect! Have to move very quickly with the sugar sauce as it does thicken quickly especially when you mix it into the apples,which is better than pouring it through the crust as the apples get coated with the flavour better. Did a full crust with slits & it turned out great!!

Easy Pie Crust

There's something unpleasant about the way it crumbles in your mouth,kinda like crumbs. Plus after many bites the taste becomes not that good,perhaps it's a little too savoury.

Peanut Butter Frosting

Maybe it was a mistake on my part, but I would have preferred a bit more peanut butter flavour to it. I'd recommend to moderate sugar to taste. But I loved it!

Spring Rolls

There's too much liquid in the bowl when you mix all the ingredients together,which makes putting them on rolls messier as the liquid makes the wraps so soft they may start to break apart. But the flavour is so good. After many tries,the closest to Vietnamese restaurants I have ever made.

New York-Style Cheesecake

Loved it, so creamy and smooth. I didnt have orange zest and use a tablespoon of lemon juice since I didnt have lemons & still great. I did lower the temperature to 325 instead though since I halfed the recipe.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

I found there to be too much "cake" where the spoonfuls of topping were dropped on the peaches. Maybe the solution would be to drop smaller spoonfuls or pour the flour mixture in a baking dish first,evenly spread it, then put in the cooked peaches (like other recipes).I used milk and cream instead of water, and used 1/2 cup of that,not just a quarter. But all the other portions were exactly as stated in the recipe. & the taste of the cake mixture was great. Really liked it overall.
