Marinated Potato-and-Artichoke Salad

I changed this recipe somewhat by using non-marinated artichokes to cut the fat and by using fat-free Italian dressing in place of the vinegar marinade. I served it with some parmesean cheese and it was a huge hit. This is part of my summertime repertoire of recipes now. Thanks for posting it!

Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Scones

This is the BEST recipe. I used fat-free hazelnut cinnamon non-dairy creamer in place of the buttermilk and left out the hazelnuts. A friend of mine from London says they are very authentic scones. Thank you so much for posting this!

This recipe was terribly difficult as cookies go, burned in under 8 minutes, and has virtually no flavor. I would NOT recommend this.
