Absolutely loved this recipe! My family and I have never tried gyros of any kind. This recipe was so delicious, it was perfect for us to try them. Thank you so much for such a wonderful recipe!

Rigatoni with Italian Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
This was a wonderful recipe. I changed just a few things. I cooked my chicken in olive oil instead of the butter and then added the chicken, an onion, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. I mixed the noodles with the chicken mixture in the skillet and added parmesean cheese and parsley. I let this simmer 3 minutes until the cheese was melted and served it hot (We like hot sauces better than the luke-warm kind). All in all a great recipe that we will definitely have again! Thank you!

Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Gal-Bi)

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
Loved these ribs! I cooked them in the crock pot on low overnight and warmed them back up with some carrots. I served them with white short grain rice to complete the meal. The best meal we have had in a long time. The sauce was perfect poured over the rice.

Beef-Stuffed French Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
This is a great work night meal. I used ground chicken instead of the beef, 2% american cheese, and 2%percent mozzarella instead of the canned soup (my husband doesn't really care for it). I also sprinkled some parmesean and pepper jack after cooking. Great recipe, will make again. Thanks!

This was a wonderful cake! It went well after our sushi dinner for a Saturday night buffet feast. My children loved this. I will definitely make again! Thank you!

Chicken Fricassee

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
This quickly became one of our favorite recipes (within the first bite!). I did a touch more salt and pepper than the recipe called for and also used dried parsley, because it was all I had on hand. I served on top of canned biscuits with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side. All in all a great comfort dinner for a work night. Thank you for the recipe!

Vegetable Lo Mein Delight

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
Absolutely loved this recipe! I used Ramen noodles instead of the pasta. I did add a touch of oyster sauce, omitted the red peppers (the kid's won't eat them), and omitted the peas (same reason). Other than that, it was absolutely perfect, and it was much better than any Lo Mein I have had at a restaurant.
