Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Love love love these so much. I also did not use the paper cups and just sprayed the tart pan. I actually put my peanut butter mix in before I let the chocolate base completely harden because it was hard to get the chocolate to stay up the sides after spraying with the nonstick spray. But it came out wonderfully and my family loved them.

Best Strawberry Daiquiri

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
I have been using this recipe for several years now and for the New Year we are turning to it again. I really love the simplicity of it and its comes out nice and smooth, not too fruity.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
This was so awesome, my husband and I absolutely loved it. It went great with a bad of tortilla strips. I wouldn't change anything but cutting back on the corn, too much for my taste.

Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
I love this stuff, my kids love it, and the kids I worked with love it. My husband and I have experimented with adding extra PB, power sugar and even adding cocoa power for a dark chocolate effect. I posted a picture to show how mine turned out.

Grandma's Polish Perogies

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2008
This is almost how my polish and lebanese grand parents make theirs. It was great, however, if you do not want to freeze them, you can fry/saute them on the stove with a little butter or olive oil. I like mine with fresh cut onion slices. I also recommend using a fork to press the edges, it looks much nicer and creates a better seal.

Shortcut Potato Onion Perogies

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2007
Like other reviews, making real mashed potatos are better. I have made perogies with my lebanese grandmother for many years and for those of you that have a hard time sealing the perogie, use the pronged end of a fork. It makes a nice edging and seals much better. This was a great dough recipe, better than the others.
