To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Yum! Great flavor. I doubled the recipe, cutting the salt in half, and omitting the topping, to make 5 mini-loaves of bread instead of muffins. This is now our blueberry muffin bread recipe. I tested a lemon glaze on one loaf- 1/8 cup powdered sugar with 1 tbsp lemon juice. It was probably enough glaze for 2 mini loaves. I drizzled it over the hot loaf so that it soaked in. The lemon flavor was very mild, but it was excellent!

Best Baked French Fries
Perfect! This is now our standard "fry" recipe. We often make these with salt as the only seasoning because our son prefers that. But these are very good when made following the recipe exactly. The fries are crunchy outside, soft inside, and delicious all through! I use a towel to dry the potatoes after draining. We also use whatever variety of potato we have on hand, including red and blue! Depending on the oven and age/variety of potatoes, cooking time can vary. We usually end up cooking longer to get the type of crunch we prefer.

Oat Whole Wheat Bread
I've made this three times since January, and it's a winner! My entire family loves the bread, which also makes incredibly delicious toast. This is a very hearty, heavy, filling bread. I increased the oats to 1 cup, and decreased to the whole wheat flour to 2 cups, just because I love oats in bread. I followed all of twistedsisterl's suggestions (see most helpful comment)- she submitted the recipe, and she's right. This is definitely 1 loaf of bread, and putting the oats in the food processor for a few seconds results in a great texture in the baked bread.
