Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Awesome! I was reluctant to leave the crockpot all day without much (or any) liquid in it, but this turned out excellent. I put 3 large frozen boneless breasts, 1/8C of cooking wine, 1 whole packet of italian seasoning and 1 can cream of mush soup in and left it all day. I added 6 oz of cream cheese and dollop of sour cream, and some fresh mushrooms twenty minutes before we ate it. Served over rice. My whole family LOVED it....even the picky 5 yr old!.

Skillet Meatloaf

I made this last night for dinner and it was VERYgood & so easy to make. It is not often that I make a meal that both of my two kids and my husband thinks is great! The only thing that I changed was that I only had provolone cheese so I used that instead of mozzerella. My husband suggested that next time we add some green peppers. We will definatley make this again.

Garlic Pasta

This pasta was really good and easy. It was a bit too spicy for my kids though, so next time I may cut back on the red pepper just a bit. I found that I didnt need the whole 1/4 cup of Italian Seasoning - half of that was enough. I only used about 1/4 cup of olive oil. Definatley important to use fresh grated parmesan (not the powdery kind in the can).

Spicy Italian Pork Cutlets

I made this last night for dinner and both my husband and I loved it, but it was a bit too spicy for my kids. This was fairly easy to make and used ingrediants that I typically have on hand. The meat was tender and so full of flavor. We will definatley make this again.

Baked Ziti I

Three words describe this ziti - "YUM, YUM, YUM"! This recipe is great. I used ground pork instead of ground beef, and next time I will probably add some chopped garlic with the meat & chopped onion. The sour cream gives it a delicious, creamy texture. This was just as good leftover, for lunch, the next day.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

I made the recipe last night and it was very good. I used boneless chicken breasts and cooked them with a little olive oil (rather than boiling). I used 1 can of enchilada sauce instead of using the heavy cream. My husband and 10 yr old daughter loved them, but our 4 yr old found them too spicey. I will make these again.

Spanish Rice Bake

My family loved this recipe. I made this the night before and baked it, to melt the cheese right before we ate it. I added 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (instead of plain tomatoes). My daughters topped their serving with a spoonful of sour cream. YUMMY! There was very little left the next day for lunch. We will be making this again.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This recipe is excellent! I made this last night and my kids loved it. Even my extremely picky 4 yr. old at just about every bite. I didn't have any minced garlic on hand, so I left that out. This recipe is a keeper!

Husband's Delight

This recipe was excellent. My husband and my kids loved it. I added 1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup to the sour cream & cream cheese mixture, as well as 1 cup of milk. I used elbow noodles, and I used two cans of Rotel tomatoes for extra zip rather than plain tomatoes. I will definately make it again. Thanks!
