Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Awesome! I was reluctant to leave the crockpot all day without much (or any) liquid in it, but this turned out excellent. I put 3 large frozen boneless breasts, 1/8C of cooking wine, 1 whole packet of italian seasoning and 1 can cream of mush soup in and left it all day. I added 6 oz of cream cheese and dollop of sour cream, and some fresh mushrooms twenty minutes before we ate it. Served over rice. My whole family LOVED it....even the picky 5 yr old!.

Skillet Meatloaf
I made this last night for dinner and it was VERYgood & so easy to make. It is not often that I make a meal that both of my two kids and my husband thinks is great! The only thing that I changed was that I only had provolone cheese so I used that instead of mozzerella. My husband suggested that next time we add some green peppers. We will definatley make this again.

Garlic Pasta
This pasta was really good and easy. It was a bit too spicy for my kids though, so next time I may cut back on the red pepper just a bit. I found that I didnt need the whole 1/4 cup of Italian Seasoning - half of that was enough. I only used about 1/4 cup of olive oil. Definatley important to use fresh grated parmesan (not the powdery kind in the can).
