Almost everything. I like making slow cooking sauces. Fish too, specially salmon.

Mexican food. There's a Mexican dessert that's only made during Lent called "capirotada" which I really love (grandma's grandma's recipe ;)

Chiles en nogada, capirotada, bacalao a la Vizcaína (Biscayan style cod).

The first time I made rice. My aunt said "use half of a tomato" And I added a half of a tomato... the whole half without cutting it...
