Bacon and Tomato Cups
These were a hit and I made them in regular muffin pans. Maybe because I got the grand biscuit 16 oz can so the biscuits are large and when sliced horizontally, they more easily fit into the regular muffin pans. I was looking for more of a breakfast experience anyway and it made 16 full size muffins with generous fillings. As a previous reviewer states, I feel like these biscuits are very sweet and might add sharp cheddar next time rather than shredded swiss to counter the sweetness of the biscuits. Could also sub crumbled sausage rather than bacon. I did cheat and use Hormel real bacon bits and this worked great making prep time pretty quick since we were on vacation and wanted easy.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
These wings came out perfect and I made several batches over two days leading up to the Superbowl for hungry teenagers. I purchased high quality bare wings at the butcher and followed the recipe exactly. After taking out from the refrigerator after the 90 minutes, I tossed them around in the flour to recoat. I fried them for 12 minutes in oil at 375 degrees. Then placed them in a deep dish and tossed with the sauce that was still very warm. Also, some that I made the day before, I reheated in the oven for a half hour at 350 degrees and they were great.

Best Ever Banana Bread
Of all the recipes I have tried from this website for banana bread, this is the clear winner. Family approved! I follow the recipe exactly and it takes me 3 bananas to make the 1 cup for the recipe. I made 2 loaves the first time and so they baked for 1 hour versus the longer time. I did them at 325. The next time I made banana muffins and they baked in like 15-17 minutes, still at 325. Those I sent off to my son at college. Really a great, easy recipe. Thanks!
