Resurrection Rolls
After 3 tries I finally mastered the sealing of these. It really does help if you can use the name brand crescent rolls. They just seem to work better. I add 1 Tsp. flour to the cin.and sugar mix as it helps to prevent the syrup from being too thin and therefore leaking out. I also seal the rolls all around as stated in the recipe but then I roll them in my hands to make a ball, roll in the cin/sugar/flour mix then dip tops into melted butter.Put in WELL greased muffin pan for 14 min.Works out every time now!! YUM!

Blueberry Bars
This recipe is just ok. I have made it twice and won't bother again. It's alright, more of a blueberry coffee cake than anything. Not worth the cost of the berries. But if you have a bunch of berries to use up....

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I
While you really can taste the cake mix its not too bad. I think it could use more berries ( I used 2 cups frozen )and a little cinnamon helped too. Overall pretty good had a nice crisp crust the first day. Be warned it really is a thick sticky batter. Hard to mix.
