About this Cook
I am a young cook who has alot of confidense. My favorite chef is Bobby Flay. Favorite girl chef is Paula Dean. I look up to thease two and I hope to be able to meet them someday and cook with them. And to have them love one of my dishes.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook are Crepes and chickin. Chickin is great because you can do just about anything to it. Grill, boil, smoke, bake, fry, sear, you name it,it can be done to chicken.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love to cook on Sundays. I always cook chicken, or pork on sunday. Mashed potatoes are there as well.
My cooking triumphs
My best cooking triumph was my picadillo. I was going to make spaghetti and I accidentaly used canned tomatoes insted of sauce. I tried to make the best of it and it was delicious.
My cooking tragedies
Cake. I added to much coco powder to the mix and it tasted bland and rich.
