Great recipe! Easy, yummy, I was so impressed I made it twice in one week! (because I, and my family, ate all of it so fast!). Here's the kicker - I burnt the bottom! I only had to cook mine for 30 minutes - I used a glass 9x13 casserole dish - as I didn't have a loaf pan handy. This change in dish altered the cooking time. Even though the bottom of the bread was 'slightly blackened' - I just sliced it off and served the perfectly uber moist, delicious remainder of the bread. It was /so/ good, that we didn't mind eating around the over toasted part. It's a keeper! Even burnt! Hah!
