Quick Quiche

This was very good. I made it for brunch today. I had planned on making quiche, but didn't have a ready-made frozen crust, and I didn't have time to make one from scratch. The adjustments I made were cooking the onion in the butter, left out the salt, and I added 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. I also cooked some sausage, about 1/2 cup, and made the quiche half sausage and half bacon so we would have a choice. Quick, easy! I will definitely make this again!

Apple Dip

This is a really good recipe! I haven't made this in years and just came upon it in allrecipes. When I make it, I usually add 1/2 cup of chopped, skinless peanuts. I serve apples, bananas and pears with this dip. I also use light cream cheese to cut some of the calories. I can't wait to make it this weekend when the kids are home!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

The only negative about this recipe is that I'm tired of people asking me for it! Really, what a nice compliment! I've taken this to several carry-ins and everyone loves this recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have never been too crazy about meatloaf. It was just something else to make out of ground beef, but this recipe is definitely an exception. It is very flavorful and moist. I did as another person suggested and put the glaze in the bottom of the pan and also on top of the meatloaf. Fantastic recipe. Thanks for sharing this one, Starbuck!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
