Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
These were WONDERFUL. My father, who is a dedicated health nut, devoured these. I would call them Nutter Butter clones because they tasted just like them but much better. I used almond milk instead of heavy whipping cream in the filling and it turned out fine. Highly recommend this recipe.

Turkey Bean Chili

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
Wonderful go-to chili recipe! My family doesn't eat red meat so the turkey option was a good, healthy one for us. I found that after a good half hour of sitting, it still needed some thickening. The problem was easily solved by a sprinkle of cornstarch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Maple Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
I thought these cookies turned out pretty tasty. They baked into perfect circles that looked hand cut. They weren't overly sweet or maple-y, but I would definitely recommend them. Perfect for events because they're oh-so-pretty!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
These are by far the best chocolate-chip cookies I have made. I was tired of the Tollhouse recipe (they're always spreading out and getting crunchy) and this one blew all others out of the park. Highly recommended!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
These are my mother's absolute favorite chocolate chip cookies! I like how they're not defined by any of the ingredients (oatmeal/peanut butter), but are simply a wonderfully chewy cooky. My only issue with this recipe is that they taste SO much better fresh out of the oven-- they're not so showstopping cooled as they are hot.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
Good recipe! I had to add a bit of extra flour to thicken the batter, but other than that, it was perfect. The icing was so good that my boyfriend ate about a cup of it on its own. Highly recommended!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
A yummy go-to chicken recipe! I used Panko bread crumbs (they're a Japanese-style bread crumb) and thought they tasted wonderful!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
Wonderful ginger cookies! The friend I made these for ate the entire 2 dozen cookies in under 3 hours. I think they were a tad bit dry for my taste, but that may have been a mistake on my part. I would definitely make these again.

Mary's Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2012
These cookies were somewhat crumbly and dry. I used a simple glaze to sweeten them up, but on their own they weren't very good. I won't make them again, which surprised me because of the ratings. Very bland cookie.

Mini Cheesecakes I

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2014
Really good! They didn't need any tweaking--just a straight-up delightful cheesecake. I used reduced-fat cream cheese and low-calorie vanilla wafers and you wouldn't be able to tell they weren't full-fat. I definitely recommend doing so. Also, this cheesecake is more on the cream cheese-y side, it has a kick. I personally like that, so 5 stars it is.

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
INCREDIBLE recipe. These taste like they came out of a cupcake bakery. My boyfriend liked these so much that he requests them for any holiday or special event. The candied ginger adds a great chewy touch.

Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
Incredible frosting and wonderful for chocolate cupcakes! The frosting is definitely the star in whatever it's on, though, so be careful the cake isn't too sweet.
