Family-Style French Toast

I made this for Easter using leftover heals of bread. Added a splash of vanilla and some nutmeg to the milk & egg. Yummy! Husband and kids gobbled it up.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

This is FANTASTIC! The ginger really makes the flavors pop. I cooked it 3-4hr on high. Meat was very tender. Served with white rice and brocolli. YUM!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Tried this tonight. It was quite good. Very flavorful. I didn't have any rosemary. Used garlic pepper to season chicken and added a clove of minced garlic.

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

These were so chewy. YUM!!! I've made two batches in the past week and they disappeared in a day. Tried it once with choc. chips. I like the recipe as is the best. :)

London Broil I
