though i am not the biggest avacado fan, i had a couple of avacados lying around and decided to make this up for my co-workers. according to one of them it was "the best thing [he'd] ever tasted in his life".. so i would say it went over very well. only problem now is that they want me to make and bring in more food!

Easy Gravy

though i made a smaller quantity, this gravy came out really really well. nice and thick. very miso-y though.. and therefore quite salty.

Potato Filling

This recipe was a little dry, and a bit bland since it is essentially mashed potatoes with some bread and veggies in it, but it's quick and easy and served it's purpose. I just drowned it in some gravy and then it was great. Just needed a little bit more flavor.

Tofu Turkey II

mmmmmm.. such a good recipe! My sister was bemoaning the fact that the store-bought Tofu-Turkey doesn't have a good taste.. and was very happy to taste that mine was so delicious! Though I got some funny looks because it looks like a brain from the outside.. once my non-vegan family tasted a bit of it, they were immediately surprised at the amazing taste. My mother even said that it tasted like real turkey!

Sweet Potato Casserole I

This recipe went over very well with my whole family. I, myself, am not a big sweet potato eater.. but my whole family was very impressed and want me to make it next year as well!
