Soft Sugar Cookies V
I have made this recipe many times. Overtime the nutmeg has doubled. It is also better if I only refrigerated it about 4 hours. Overnight, it was rock hard and I had to break it up and beat on it to roll it out. At about 4 hours, it still soft enough to roll without being sticky. I put the dough back in the fridge while I roll out the first batch. The cookies had a better texture when I didn't have to beat on the dough.

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls
My grandmother taught me her similar caramel roll recipe. Hers involved waking up at 3 am. Although it is absolutely amazing, I didn't make it that often for obvious reasons. I just tried leaving it in the fridge overnight like in this recipe and it was fantastic! I think overnight was even better because the rolls soaked up more of the caramel.

This was my very first loaf of bread and it was wonderful! I love that there wasn't a lot of kneading. I wasn't sure when the dough had completed it final doubling, so I cooked the loaves one at a time. I put the first in a little too soon, but the second was 'perfect' according to my fiance.
