5 STARS BY FAR!! You have to kneed the dough for 10 min at least. I allowed the dough to rise for 2 hr. I used less flour as well, and added as needed. I will never buy the Pretzle Maker pretzles Ever Again! This recipe is a dead ringer. Even my super picky husband loved them. I could not stop raving about this recipe Thank you Jeannie for posting this.
Now if I could only find the honey mustard dipping sauce from Pretzle Maker! hmmmmmmm
