Drew's World Famous Triple Rush Hot Chocolate
I'm drinking a version of this as m typing this review, and let me say, IT'S AMAZING! I say version, because I really only used this recipe as a guide, because I only has chocolate chips, and no cocoa powder. I used about 3/4 cup of milk and a little over 1/2c. Of chocolate chips. I used 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. I left out the chili powder, because I feel like hat would be really weird, and instant coffee and instead I added a little over a teaspoon of really maple syrup. So good! Creamy, and chocolatey and delicious!

Blueberry Cream Slushy
Let me start by saying I didn't think I would like this very much because blueberries are not my favorite. But, I was looking for a healthy smoothie to make for breakfast and strawberries and blue berries were all I had on hand. I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I used regular orange juice, strawberry yogurt, no ice, and I replaced the sugar with honey. SO good!! I was seriously tempted to make another! It was nice and thick, but not as thick as some reviews said theirs were. Probably because I didn't use ice. Nothing was overpowering. Perfect amount of everything. SO SO good and so healthy!! Easy and quick for breakfast. This is my new breakfast smoothie! UPDATE: I have made this a few more times now. I was in the middle of making it once, and I realized someone drank all the orange juice I had, and soi used milk instead, and I didn't like it as much. It probably would've been better if I added more fruit. The milk was overpowering to me. I've also used a cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries) and followed the rest of the recipe exactly, and it was very good as well, but the original recipe is the best!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
Before I found this recipe, I usually made my own Parmesan chicken out of the top of my head, it's not hard really, but I was looking for other ideas to add to the bread crumbs, etc. I decided I'd just try this recipe because it got such good reviews. I never thought about dipping the chicken in garlic butter! Genius!! The chicken was so flavorful and moist! Usually when I make this I make pasta along with it, so hallway through the baking, I spoon a little marinara sauce on top that I've been simmering on the stove. I got raves about this chicken and I'm always asked to make it again. Once, I really wanted this but I was out of butter, so I used milk instead, and it was still good, but the greasing wasn't as crunchy. I did no alterations to this recipe and I doubt I ever will. This was so delicious!
