Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles
this turned out really good , also it saves and reheats for really good leftovers. i substituted the ricotta for cottage cheese and it turned out great too,(my grocery store was out of ricotta) you just have to heat the sauce longer if you do this. also if the sauce gets too runny just add flour as needed to thicken it (in small increments)
