Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

Use sparingly...very, very hot. My lips are still burning. Pare with a non-spicy sauce unless you can handle the heat.

Carrot Walnut Cake

Delicious! Make sure all ingredients are at room temp otherwise batter will be thick. I used low fat cream cheese, just as yummy. Check at 50 minutes so you don't over bake. Very good!

Hot or Cold Vegetable Frittata

I made this in a 1/2 batch for a brunch and it was delicious and well received. I added a cup of fresh spinach. I also used Plain Greek Yogurt instead of the 1/2 & 1/2. When I took it out of the oven, I sprinkled cheese and diced green onions on top. Delicious and EASY!
