American Lasagna

Yuck! This recipe didn't have enough sauce. It was dry and there was entirely too much ricotta cheese. I might be the only one who didnt' like this.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Wow! This recipe was great! I browned the chicken breasts like directed but instead of dipping it in egg first i just coated it with the breadcrumbs and parmsean cheese. i used two jars of prego sauce and put the chicken breasts on top of it and instead of monterey cheese i used 2 slices of mozzarella on each breast and cooked it for only 15 minutes. I boiled some noodles off to the side and when it was done i cut up the breasts and mixed the sauce, pasta and chicken together. Absoutely great! It tasted like the chicken parmsean you get at Vinnie's down in Medford, Oregon. I will definitly make this dish again

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

it only misses out on the last star because i thought it tasted like stouffer's frozen lasnga and i personaly don't like it. My family liked it pretty well. there was something sweet tasting in it. I would suggest another jar of spagetti sauce otherwise it would be too dry and definitly add more noodles no one could find them. Might make again

Baked Pineapple II

the recipe was okay never heard of bread pudding with pineapple in it. the top layer of the pudding was great but once you ate that away it was soggy and it was gross. adding cinamon on top of it improved the taste and it smelled wonderful while baking.... it's okay tasting if it's had a chance to cool down

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

i'm a fanatic of cheesecake and when i read that it tasted just like a real new york deli cheesecake i had to make it, since i've never been to NYC and wanted to sample the king of all cheesecakes. The cake was good, cakelike it wasn't smooth like i aniticpated. and the crust got soggy even though i wrapped in it tinfoil. i might make this again in the future

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

My mom this year decided to let me make thanksgiving and I was looking for something a little more different. As soon as I saw the ratings for this pie and discovered that it was made with ice cream I had to try it. I used french vanilla ice cream and added 1 teaspooon more vanilla. Everyone loved it and it was gone by the next day. I will definitly make it for christmas
