Wow! This recipe was great! I browned the chicken breasts like directed but instead of dipping it in egg first i just coated it with the breadcrumbs and parmsean cheese. i used two jars of prego sauce and put the chicken breasts on top of it and instead of monterey cheese i used 2 slices of mozzarella on each breast and cooked it for only 15 minutes. I boiled some noodles off to the side and when it was done i cut up the breasts and mixed the sauce, pasta and chicken together. Absoutely great! It tasted like the chicken parmsean you get at Vinnie's down in Medford, Oregon. I will definitly make this dish again
