I'm a novice baker and found this recipe easy to follow with excellent results. I had to make it within the prescribed hour and whisk it out the door for book club. It was a crowd pleaser and I will certainly make it again. To avoid the tough ends I brushed the sauce during the baking process several times. I added vanilla extract and nutmeg for extra flavor.

Banana Crumb Muffins

I'm not a baker and these muffins were delicious. In looking at other comments I added a drop of vanilla to the banana mix and a little extra butter and a dash of nutmeg to the crumb mix. The recipe was easy to follow so much so my 7 year olds were able to follow. This will be a keeper!

Best Spanish Rice

I have always wanted to make Spanish rice from something other than a premix. This recipe was delicious and easy to follow. If you love spicy make sure that your salsa has some kick in it!
