We enjoyed this recipe. Next time I will double the marinade to have more to baste with while on the grill.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2013
What a pleasant surprise! Great flavor. I worried they would not flatten when baked and remain "haystacks". But no problem. I nice looking well rounded cookie. The kids were even happier, "Mom! We can eat the batter because there are no eggs in it!" -- I also liked the fact that this recipe did not get "stale" after a few days the way other homemade cookies do. Their taste remained consistent until they were completely gone.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
My husband found this recipe and made "silver dollars" for us. Great flavor! I like how fluffy they are considering they are completely whole wheat.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
I was very happy with how this "stayed together" after slicing. A hit with my 7-year-old. We made this recipe together--I showed her how to use the mini chopper to make the onions and mushrooms (added at the advice of other reviewers) smaller and more appetizing. Other than that, we followed the recipe to a T. 7-year-old asked if we could make it more often. The whole family answered, "yes!"

Campbell's® Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
We all enjoyed this. The kids ate it "as-is". My husband added some more BBQ/hot sauce when making his sandwich. I followed advice from other reviewers and was sure to add all the liquid (minus any fatty chunks) from the slow cooker back into the meat after transferring it to the serving dish. We enjoyed it for several days until having to freeze some of it for future enjoyment.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Though we all enjoyed the "healthier" version (including my two children), we'll rarely make a cookie this big again. It turns out more "cakey" than crispy. Perhaps it would just be better as individual drop cookies.

Coconut Macaroons III

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2011
To make it easier for my young girls to help me, I dumped the coconut mixture into a gallon ziploc bag. Then I added the condensed milk to the bag. After pressing out the air, the girls "stirred" the mixture with their hands by mashing and rolling the bag around our island. Good fun and Great cookies! I also took the advice of others and added 1/2 cup sliced almonds, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Delicious.

Apple Hermits

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
These might just be our new favorite cookie ever! So far we have made 5 batches and have not altered the "main" recipe at all. We do, however, omit the frosting. Tonight when we made them, our walnut supply ran out. So we substituted pecans instead. Be aware that before adding the apples, it is VERY dry. Don't be alarmed. The apples will moisten them; and while baking, the cookies will spread out like they are supposed to. We are so addicted to these that we are going to try making them with whole wheat flour next time (just so our guilt level will go down a bit!)
