No Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
I was looking for a way to use up some left over roast beef with a gravy and some noodles and this fit the bill perfectly and it was A+++ delicious. I didn't make any other changes to the recipe.

Baked Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
I didn't have the pine nuts or feta cheese but followed the recipe otherwise. I cut the sprouts in half and they cooked just fine in the 25 minutes. They are wonderful, we all loved them this way.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
Fabulous soup. I cut the amount of processed cheese to 2 lbs and added 1 lb of cheddar as others recommended. I don't know if it made a difference or not but it is an excellent soup. I will most definetly make it again. When they say it makes a lot, trust them. My 6 quart stock pot wasn't big enough.

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2013
Loved this dish. Served it to weekend guests and there were no leftovers. For ease of preparation I used frozen, thawed hash browns instead of shredding my own. Will definitely make it again.

Beef 'n' Biscuit Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2007
This was interesting. I didn't use onion because no one likes it and I didn't use the chili powder because I didn't have any but I think it diffinetly needs both. I also didn't use the cornmeal and am wondering if it would have kept the biscuits from getting soggy. Everyone liked it and we might try it again, next time with the cornmeal and other spices and we'll see if it makes a difference.

Unbelievable Grilled Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
The flavor was good, my husband loved the cheese touch. I like my garlic bread toasty and even though you toast it before hand it wasn't enough to make it crispy. I removed some of the mixture and placed under the broiler but it didn't crisp it up enough for my taste. I don't think I will make it again.
