don't remember if I rated this or not but I just made this again last weekend and it is so perfect! Once you're ready to eat, I serve on top of steamed rice & cooked cabbage with some shoyu. Really good! thanks.

Tomato Bisque II

wow - awesome recipe! I used 4 1/2 jumbo tomatoes from garden. Also don't have a foodmill but just peeled & seeded the tomatoes & then pureed them in food processor. Really easy & super fast recipe! Instead of 1 qt of milk I did 1/2 quart of half & half and 1/2 quart of milk. Also added some celery seed which I love to use in soups. Thank you Judy!

Irene's Barbeque Sauce

Wonderful flavor. I made just a couple of adjustments because the sauce was really spicy (I like that but too spicy for the kids). First off I doubled the recipe then did 3/4 brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. ketchup, and then added 2 T. molasses. I also only put in 1/2 an onion instead of 2. I think next time I'll cut them up really small instead of slicing. We put them on ribs tonight & it was soooo good! Thank you Irene!

Italian Salad Dressing

I used to make the good seasons dressing exactly like the box says but doing it this way comes out lighter and not so overpowering. Thanks for a definite keeper!

Garlic Chicken

Made this tonight for dinner and my family loved it! I had to double the parmesan and bread crumb mixture. Super easy to make and tasted great! Made the house smell good too.

Cherry Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Love this recipe!! I did what SHERRYBEAT did though and cut out the Cherries and I used butter lettuce leaves. Definitely have to double up on the sauce. Absolutely delicious!

Chicken and Artichokes
