Million Dollar Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2006
Very creamy, has been in the fridge for 4 hours and is still soft in the middle. Hopefully it will set up overnight. Might need to keep in the fridge to keep consistency. Good flavor but will probably find another recipe for the perfect texture.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2002
They are ok, the actual muffin tastes good. The crumb wasn't enough for the muffins, and I made 12 cupcake size muffins(I filled the tin to the top). The crumb baked faster than the muffin, so it was much darker and tasted overdone. The crumb wasn't much of an improvement, next time I will make them without the crumb.

Chicken Bolognaise

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2002
Excellent main dish! Filling, tasty, easy to prepare. Was a hit with the family. I had only used a 14.5 oz. can of Italian stewed tomatoes, will use the 28 oz can as directed next time for more sauce. Still, a keeper!

Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
This was my first time eating acorn squash and I didn't like the texture at all! It was very grainy, not consistent or smooth as I had expected. After halving the squash and seeding, I put it in the microwave for 20 minutes to cut down on the bake time. Afterwards, I put the butter and brown sugar in and popped it in the oven. It smelled fabulous, but I was disappointed with the lack of depth in the flavor and texture. Won't make again with acorn squash, but will try with other kinds.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
This pie is fantastic! I halved the recipe to make only one 9-inch pie, but kept some ingredients the same. I added one 8 oz. cream cheese, one cup of powdered sugar, one cup of peanut butter and one container of cool whip (the smaller one). I also added chopped Reese's Peanut Butter cups, both in the pie and sprinkled on top. It was very sweet and rich, I could only have a small piece, but enjoyed it very much! :) Thanks Megan.

Zucchini Saute

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
It was okay. I had doubled the recipe and after 25 minutes the liquid was still not absorbed, the rice was still firm and the zucchini was completely soggy, almost nonexistent. I had added fresh garlic cloves which gave it great flavor, I will try it again but will follow the original recipe. I also omitted the green pepper and tomatoes.

People Chow

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2002
Great, after mixing the cereal, chocolate and peanut butter ina bowl, I put mine in a plastic gallon bag, sealed it up and tossed well until coated with all of the powder sugar. It was much easier.
