I saw on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives a restaurant made loose meat burgers this way. That's why I chose to wrap mine like this. I've folded them before also, but this way was best and stopped the cheese from leaking out. Just roll out a circle, fill and fold bottom together so that it overlaps a little. These were great! I used my go to pizza dough recipe for the dough.
