Hash Brown Casserole II
I made just a few changes to this recipe. I didn't have cream of mushroom or chicken soup, so I used 1 can of cream of potato and 1 can of cream of broccoli. I used chopped chives instead of onions, since I had some in the fridge. I also added about half a cup of bacon bits (not the crunchy Bacos kind). I used the same amount of sour cream, salt and pepper, cheese and hash browns. Put in a sprayed casserole dish and baked, covered with foil, in a 350 degree oven for about an hour and a half. It was the PERFECT consistency - not soupy, didn't stick/burn to the dish. Great flavor from the broccoli soup and bacon bits. My husband and I both really enjoyed it and I plan to make it again and again - especially with holiday potlucks coming up!

Campbell's(R) Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Great recipe - but had to make a couple changes, as recommended by others. I did not cook the roast first, just put it in the crock-pot with the sauce and let it cook on low overnight. Then I set it aside until the crock cooled, and put it in the fridge about 6 hours while I did other chores. It was easy to remove all the hardened fat then, and the pork was still tender enough to pull apart easily with forks. The sauce is VERY runny, I left the pork in it but added BBQ sauce for serving it to the guys. Flavor is great, it went over very well. I fed 5 guys after a day of working on the ranch and had enough left for about 2 sandwiches the next day, it re-heated very well. Thanks for sharing!

Steak Salad
I had really high hopes for this recipe - the only change I was planning to make was omitting the blue cheese since we didn't have any on hand. But the dressing was simply terrible! It separated although I kept mixing it (also whisking, VERY vigorously) and it had an overwhelming bitter, sour taste. I had to check that none of my ingredients had expired, it was that yucky! The texture was way too oily and the lemon juice, which I expected to give a light, tart flavor, was completely lost in the garlic and oil. I was very disappointed, as so many reviewers had raved about the dressing. We ate it with a pre-packaged Caesar dressing instead.
