Rotisserie Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
This was my first attempt at using the rotisserie on my brand new Weber. I did tie the legs and wings and used a drip pan under the bird. I also used indirect heat, turning off the center burner. I used kosher salt, which at 1 tablespoon turned out to be a little salty. Next time I will halve the salt, but all in all the taste was unbelievable!! Will definitely try again.

Vanilla Crepes

This recipe is awesome, just as it is. I make this every Sunday morning and fill with either Nutella, or I chop up strawberries and mix with a little sugar, or apples with a little cinammon and sugar. Top with powdered sugar!! Delicious. Kids love it, especially the Nutella!!

Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2008
I first made this a few years ago at Thanksgiving. I had never served soup at Thanksgiving and everyone was kinda skeptical about it. Once they tasted it they absolutely loved in and request it every single year. I even make a second batch for my sister-in-law to take home with her. I used pumpkin in a can, not real pumpkin and an immersion blender. It turns out great!!

Sage Pork Chops

This was great. Next time I will use low sodium beef broth, as it was a little bit salty. The gravy was fantastic. Made this with yellow rice and broccoli. Kids loved the gravy on the rice. Will definetely make again!!

This is delicious. Followed the recipe exactly. Make it every year at Thanksgiving, and people take this instead of the pumpkin pie. Great recipe.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

A favorite at all parties. My guests always love it. I put this into a bread bowl, with the top pieces torn into bits for dipping.

Great recipe, but I added a little too much salt. Threw in a whole potato for about an hour to cure it. It tasted delicious.

Scott Ure's Clams And Garlic

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2005
This was delicious! I used roasted garlic instead of regular garlic, used a full stick of butter, and added about 2 tbsp. of clam juice. Also, the juice of one lemon and sprinkled some crushed red pepper on top!! YUMMY.
