Fat Free Refried Beans
I was cooking dinner tonight when I noticed at the last moment that I was out of refried beans! I quickly logged in to all recipes and found this. I used it with our chicken tacos and it was wonderful, even the kids loved it! I did not add liquid smoke or onions and next time I will decrease the amount of pepper...use half a tsp. Thanks

Yakisoba Chicken
This is a delicious recipe! I used 1/2 tbl of chili garlic sauce instead of chili paste which was just right for the kids enjoyment as well as the adults. I also used ground pork instead of chicken which allowed the sauce the soak into the meat...yummy!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
The sauce in this recipe is excellent. However, the recipe for the chicken I changed. I mix 1/4 cup red wine vingar with 1 tsp sugar, 4 1/2 tbl Real Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp basil. Used a pastry brush to apply to the chicken then seasoned with McCorm. Chicken. Bake on 425 for about 45 minutes. Excellent with the sauce from the recipe.
