Little Meat Loaves

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2005
My family loved it. The only thing I did differently was saute the onions and added minced garlic instead of garlic salt. I don't even like meat loaf or so I thought), and this was very good.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2004
For all that have used baking SODA, please be advised that the recipe calls for baking POWDER. There is a huge difference between the 2. The pancakes are terrific.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2002
Make sure you let this one sit for 10 minutes as the recipe says. I forgot, and they were pretty good. I tried one later on and it was AWESOME. I omitted the water as the other reviews suggested, and used the recipe for Red Enchilada Sauce.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2002
Great recipe! I cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and made it on the stove. I would recommend frying the chicken in olive oil with garlic and onion, and then removing it. Then make the sauce in the pan. I also added mushrooms and broccoli cuts. The stovetop method is quicker. My husband absolutely LOVED it.
